Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Important Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened or used products:

  • Breastfeeding/Bottle Feeding accessories
  • Bottles & Accessories
  • Crib Mattresses and Cot Bed Mattresses
