Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened or used products:
- Breastfeeding/Bottle Feeding accessories
- Bottles & Accessories
- Crib Mattresses and Cot Bed Mattresses
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Care
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Product name (e.g., “Bugaboo Pushchair Accessories”)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (return address and carrier information)
- Any special instructions for your specific items
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Clearly mark the package with your return authorization number.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly specify your desired exchange item in your initial email
- We’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item (excluding certain remote areas)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For our global customers:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please declare the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
